You will join the Research and Development team at our site in Cergy, Créteil or Isle d'Abeau.

In This Context, She/He Is In Charge Of
Mission
  • ASW Engineer is accountable for the deliverables of his/her scope to ensure the success of the project.
  • Her/His scope includes: all or part of the ASW stacks/components design & qualification.
Responsibilities
Complying with ASW Métiers processes and Design Rules:
  • Plan, monitor and control activities according to ASW Metier Process, following CPM (CLEAN Project Management).
  • In charge of the robust ASW design in line with the project budget & quality targets.
  • Review Internal Requirements, Customer Requirements, SW Requirement Specifications.
  • Lead and contribute in ASW detailed design, coding and unit testing covering ASPICE SWE.3 & SWE.4 activities.
  • Excellent knowledge & experience in MBD - Matlab/Simulink/Code Generation
  • Experienced in OBC conrol algorithm development & testing
  • Applies Standardization rules, exceptionally will request tailoring based on justifications.
  • Responsible for ASW design reviews preparation.
  • Interface with the customer for the ASW content.
  • Report and escalate to the Software Project Leader and ASW Metier Team Leader.
Scheduling and Budgeting
  • Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of ASW resources, equipments, investments
  • Establish detailed breakdown of the ASW activities to meet the milestones
  • Follow ASW activities and spending of his scope to meet his allowed budget and timing
Contributors Management
  • Daily management of his ASW group.
  • Assign the needed work packages and tasks to the team.
  • Regular review with his/her ASW Team Leader to check alignment between needs and availabilities.
Process, Methodology, Tools, Equipment
  • Apply processes, template, checklist, methods and the tools necessary to properly handle BSW activities (to cover ASPICE SWE.3 & SWE.4) and align it with the Métier Mngr.
  • Support ASW Engineering process methodology and tools deployment on the project.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of ASW standards, methods & tools.
